Privacy Policy

This policy (together with our terms of use and any other documents referred to on it) sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it.

For the purpose of the Data Protection Act 2005 the (Data Protection Act), the data controller is us.

  1. Information we may collect from you
    1. We may collect and process the following data about you:
      1. information that you provide by filling in forms on our site flytro.com. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use any of our products, subscribing to our service or requesting further services;
      2. we may also ask you for information when you enter a competition or promotion sponsored by us;
      3. when you report a problem with any of our sites;
      4. if you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence;
      5. we may also ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them;
      6. details of transactions you carry out through our sites;
      7. details of your usage (including, but not limited to, location data, weblogs and other communication data, whether this is required for our own billing purposes or otherwise) and the resources that you access.
  2. IP addresses and cookies
    1. We may collect information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration and to report aggregate information to our advertisers. This is statistical data about our users’ browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.
    2. You may refuse to accept cookies by activating the setting on your browser which allows you to refuse the setting of cookies.
    3. However, if you select this setting you may be unable to access certain parts of our products. Unless you have adjusted your browser setting so that it will refuse cookies, our system will issue cookies when you log on to our sites.
    4. Please note that our advertisers may also use cookies, over which we have no control.
  3. Marketing and Analytics
    1. We may use information collected through our sites for the following reasons:
      1. remarketing with Google Analytics to advertise online; and
      2. third-party vendors, including Google, show our ads on sites across the Internet.
    2. We and third-party vendors, including Google, use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookie) and third-party cookies together to inform, optimize, and serve ads based on past visits to our product.
  4. Where we store your personal data
    1. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our sites, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.
    2. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our products; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.

    2. We do not sell, give or permit any usage of your data by third-parties.

    1. Your data will never be disclosed to any parties outside of our company.
  7. Access to information The Data Protection Act gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Data Protection Act. Any access request may be subject to time delay of up to six weeks.

  9. Your Rights
    1. You have the right to ask us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes. We will inform you (before collecting your data) if we intend to use your data for such purposes or if we intend to disclose your information to any third party for such purposes. You can exercise your right to prevent such processing by checking certain boxes on the forms we use to collect your data.   10. Changes to our privacy policyAny changes we may make to our privacy policy in the future will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified to you by email.
